The pact between us

Architerior AI is a design tool: you upload a plan or photo, we run AI pipelines and return suggestions. You must be 16 or older to sign up. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account — keep your password safe.

Uploads and generated designs are yours. We claim no ownership over them. To deliver the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content — only for you, and only for as long as your account exists.

Delete your account and the license ends immediately (see Privacy).

Don't upload content that:

• you don't have the right to use;
• is illegal, violent, sexual, or harassing;
• contains private personal data about anyone other than you;
• tries to jailbreak or exfiltrate our prompts/models.

Automated scraping, excessive API hammering, and attempting to reverse-engineer our systems are also off-limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Everything our AI returns — floor-plan schemas, budgets, renders, material lists, panoramas — is schematic and advisory. Outputs are not construction documents, not code- reviewed, and not stamped by a licensed architect or engineer. Before you build, review everything with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for construction, financial, or safety decisions you make based on AI output.

Paid plans, if introduced, will be billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out and we'll do the right thing.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee zero downtime. Third-party AI providers occasionally rate-limit, degrade, or break; we build fallbacks but can't promise every generation will succeed. We may ship changes, add features, and retire features at any time.

You can dissolve your account any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice when reasonable. On termination, we delete your data (see Privacy).

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.
