How we guard your vault

When you create an account we store your email and full name. When you run an analysis we store the file you uploaded (floor plan, land plot, or room photo) and the AI-generated output (room briefs, renders, panoramas, budgets).

We also keep basic usage records — which features and AI tools you run, when, and their cost — so we can power your monthly quotas, handle billing, keep the service running, and prevent abuse.

If you use our in-app help assistant, we keep a record of your conversations with it — the messages you send and its replies — so we can understand what's confusing and improve the product. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

We don't run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or session recorders. The only cookie we set is the one keeping you signed in.

Your data exists for one reason: to deliver the features you asked for. Your uploads pass through our AI processing pipeline so we can return an interior-design brief or a render, and your history lets you revisit past designs without regenerating them.

We do not train our own models on your uploads, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

To deliver the service we route your content through carefully scoped third-party processors. Each only sees what it needs:

• Authentication & storage — secure account management, database, and encrypted file storage (EU region).
• AI vision & analysis — vision and text understanding of floor plans and room photos.
• Image generation — photorealistic interior renders and design visualizations.
• Panorama generation — immersive 360° room environments.
• Hosting & delivery — global edge delivery of the application.

All processors are bound by data protection agreements; none are permitted to retain your content for model training. A current list of named sub-processors is available on request.

You can access, export, or permanently delete everything from inside the app:

• Access — visit your dashboard for every stored analysis.
• Delete — go to Settings → Dissolve account. This irreversibly removes your account, your uploads, and every render we stored on your behalf.

Active accounts: data persists until you delete it. If you delete your account, all associated rows + storage objects are purged immediately. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Row-level security means that inside the app you can only read your own rows — no other user can see your data. Storage buckets are private; downloads use short-lived signed URLs.

Our own authorized team may access your account and usage data when we genuinely need to — to provide support, investigate abuse, or keep the service running. We never sell it, and we never use it to train models.

Architerior AI isn't directed at anyone under 16. If we learn we've accidentally collected data from a child we'll delete it on request.
